The Board of Adjustment reviews, hears and decides appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, decision, interpretation, or determination made by the Planning and Development Director.

Scheduled Meetings
Board of Adjustment meetings are normally held on the 4th Thursday of the month (except November and December, which are the 3rd Thursday) at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located in City Hall. The deadline for application submission is 30 days prior to the meeting date. Notice in Paper is required 12 days before the meeting.

Requirements

The Board of Adjustment consists of 5 Members appointed for 5 year terms.
Members are residents in the city appointed by the board.
