The Code Enforcement Division handles the enforcement of many of the City’s ordinances, including signs, nuisances, and dangerous buildings. Sign and banner permit applications are reviewed for compliance to code specifications. They work with property owners when nuisance issues arise, such as weed growth, an accumulation of rubbish, inoperable vehicles, conditions that may adversely impact the health and safety of the public, and dangerous building abatement.
