The City Recycle Center that was located at 550 Compton Dr. will close starting today, Wednesday, January 27, 2021 so the equipment can be transferred to its new location at the Taney County Transfer Station located at 274 Buchannan Rd. The Branson Board of Aldermen approved an ordinance that transfers the Recycle Center equipment and operations to Taney County at last night’s regular Board of Aldermen meeting.
Taney County plans to open the new Recycle Center in the first part of February, after the transition of all the equipment is complete.
