Lane Closures on Roark Valley Road Starting Aug 24

Roark Valley Road lane closures

There will be temporary lane closures on Roark Valley Road from Shepherd of the Hills Expy to Gretna Road beginning Monday, August 24. 2020, while Branson Public Works street crews repair three lanes of roadway due to a water line break.

Construction is slated to take approximately two weeks depending on the weather. The temporary lane closures will last for the duration of the project.

Traffic delays are expected in this area. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes. Signage will be in place to meet traffic safety standards during the installation. Motorists are asked to be aware of signage, traffic cones, and work crews in the marked Work Zone.  Speed limit thru the work zone will be reduced to 25 miles per hour.

For questions regarding this project, please contact the City of Branson Public Works/Engineering Department at 417-337-8559.
