The Board of Adjustment meetings are typically held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers located in City Hall. You can find the agenda, on the City's website a few days before each meeting by clicking on Agendas & Minutes below. The meetings are streamed LIVE and can be replayed anytime by going to the link below, or at www.bransonmo.gov/livestream. The Board of Adjustment rules on both administrative reviews and variances. When conducting a hearing for administrative reviews, the Board decides appeals where it is alleged there was an error in any order, requirement, decision, interpretation, or determination made by the Planning and Development Director or Planning Commission, generally in the enforcement of the zoning and sign code.
