Green Initiative Awards
Nominations may be submitted by anyone on behalf of any person, organization, group, or business. Application submitted prior to April 1st are eligible for the current year awards. Submissions after April 1st will be for the following year awards.
Submitting an online application form ensures your nominee's information will be received in timely manner. If you choose to print an application (PDF), you may submit it to the Sustainability Committee by email or by facsimile: 417-334-2391.
Guidelines for nominations are:
- You may nominate others or apply for yourself.
- Each winner may win only once in ten years.
- Up to two (2) individuals and two (2) organizations may be recognized each year.
