The Municipal Court for the City of Branson is a division of the Circuit Court of Taney County, 46th Judicial Circuit. The Court handles alleged traffic, ordinance and parking violations along with overseeing court appearances, fine payments and community service. The Municipal Court Judge is appointed to hear cases brought before the Court by the City Prosecutor on court dates.
The Branson Municipal Division courtroom is located on the second floor of City Hall at 110 W. Maddux Street, next to the City Clerk’s office. Please contact the Court for specific court dates.
Hours of operation for payment of fines are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Payment methods include: Cash, MC, Visa, money orders & cashier’s checks. Credit card payments are not accepted over the phone. Online payments are available for some violations and other violations will require a court appearance. Please contact the Court for additional information.
For specific information on a ticket, please wait 10 days from the violation date in order for the ticket to be processed to the Court.
